What to include
A little context helps us reply faster. Where it makes sense, include:
Reporting a calculator error
- Which calculator (URL or name)
- The values you entered
- The result you got vs. the result you expected
- Device / browser (helpful if the issue is UI-related)
Reporting a correction or outdated information
- Which page (URL)
- The sentence or number you think is wrong
- A source for the correct figure, if you have one
Requesting a new calculator or guide
- What problem you're trying to solve
- How you'd use the tool or guide
- Any references you already use for this type of project
What we don't do
A few things we can't help with over email:
- Project-specific design or engineering advice. For structural work, drainage systems, retaining walls, or anything that needs to meet local code, consult a licensed landscape professional or engineer. See our Disclaimer for the full caveats.
- Supplier pricing or delivery questions. Our calculators estimate volume and weight — your local supplier is the right source for current prices, bag sizes, and delivery terms.
- Paid placement, sponsored content, or link-building requests. We don't sell placement on the site.
Press and partnerships
For media, press, or genuine editorial partnership inquiries (not link-building), use the same email and include “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject line so we can route it correctly.
